How do I access the program ?

I’m afraid not to go through with it

Don’t worry, the program has been designed so that you can do things gradually and give yourself time to gain confidence in your progress. The quick results of the first month will motivate you to continue ^^ and our “invincible mental” module will help you build a winning mindset. I’m afraid I don’t have the time

4 sessions per week of one hour on average is the best way to stimulate muscle mass.

A week is 168 hours.

4 hours of exercise per week is 3% of your week, 3%!!!

If you don’t think you can do them, then maybe the program isn’t for you.
