Bodyweight workouts section

These programs should be practiced at a gym. They include the use of machines, barbells, and dumbbells. Each phase should be completed for 4 weeks before moving on to the next.

Exercise videos can be found directly within the programs; simply click on the corresponding exercise in the PDF to access the demonstration video 🙂

When starting a new program, your body and nervous system need to learn and adapt, so take the time to execute each exercise with great attention to detail and discipline.
